List of reimbursed drugs, is an important part of Service Packages covering the Fund of Compulsory Health Care Insurances for the population. The list of reimbursable drugs aims at improving the quality of service for all patients, particularly for people in need. In this regard, through the new list of drugs, FCHC aims at increasing the attention toward categories such as retirees and patients suffering from serious illnesses.
In compiling the list of drugs there are some scientific criteria which have been taken into consideration, by giving priority to drugs used for severe diseases; diseases of high risk for life; diseases that cause disability; diseases that risk of being spread into the society; diseases that cause much suffering as well as chronic illnesses requiring prolonged treatment.

Ear dops, solution - 25 mg/ml
Alkool borik contains the active substance boric acid. Boric acid possesses weak bacteriostatic and fungistatic properties. Its alcoholic solution (in diluted alcohol) has analgesic effect in otalgia (earache). Boric acid penetrates with difficulty into undamaged skin.
Alkool borik ear drops solution is used as shown below:

Kloramfenikoli është një antibiotik bakterostatik me spektër të gjerë veprimi kundër mikrobeve gram pozitive dhe gram negative. Ai ka veprim baktericid kundër shkaktarit të tifos bakteriale.
Pika për sy: Infeksione bakteriale sipërfaqësore të syrit, që prekin
kornenë, konjunktivën dhe kapakët e syrit, të shkaktuara nga
mikroorganizma të ndjeshëm ndaj kloramfenikolit.

Kloramfenikoli është një antibiotik bakterostatik me spektër të gjerë veprimi kundër mikrobeve gram pozitive dhe gram negative. Ai ka veprim baktericid kundër shkaktarit të tifos bakteriale.
Pika për vesh: Përdoret për mjekimin e infeksioneve sipërfaqësore të kanalit të dëgjimit (otit i jashtëm) të shkaktuar nga mikroorganizma të ndjeshëm gram pozitive dhe gram negative.
Nasal spray, solution - 1 mg/ml
Eye drops, solution - 20 mg/1 ml - 10 ml

Tetra contains the active substance tetracycline hydrochloride.
Tetracycline is a semi-synthetic derivative of chlortetracycline. It has bacteriostatic action as a result of reversible inhibition of microbial ribosome and protein synthesis. Locally, tetracycline is effective in treating minor skin infections caused by streptococci, staphylococci and other sensitive bacteria.
Tetracycline acts good on the cause of trachoma (Chlamydia trachomatis).
Tetra 1%, 5 g eye ointment is used:
After using tetracycline for a long period of time, resistance to microorganisms may appear.

Tobramicina është një antibiotik (i tipit aminoglikozidik) që vepron duke frenuar rritjen e baktereve. Tobramicina, në studimet klinike, ka treguar se është efikase ndaj
patogjenëve të mëposhtëm përgjegjës për infeksionet sipërfaqësore të syrit.
Gram-Pozitive: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, specie të tjera Staphylococcus koagulazë -negativë: Streptococcus pneumoniae (i ndjeshëm ose
rezistent ndaj penicilinës), specie të tjera Streptococcus.
Gram-Negative: Acinetobacter spp., Citrobacter spp., Enterobacter spp., Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Moraxella spp., Proteus mirabilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Serratia marcescens.
Tobramicina lokalisht indikohet për mjekimin e infeksioneve të jashtme të syrit (konjunktivit, blefarit, keratit, endoftalmit) dhe të adnekseve të tij, të shkaktuar nga mikrobe të ndjeshme ndaj antibiotikut. Studimet klinike kanë treguar se tobramicina është e sigurt dhe efektive tek fëmijët.
