Tetra contains the active substance tetracycline hydrochloride.
Tetracycline is a semi-synthetic derivative of chlortetracycline. It has bacteriostatic action as a result of reversible inhibition of microbial ribosome and protein synthesis. Locally, tetracycline is effective in treating minor skin infections caused by streptococci, staphylococci and other sensitive bacteria.
Tetracycline acts good on the cause of trachoma (Chlamydia trachomatis).

Calcium is a mineral element necessary to maintain electrolytic balance and proper functioning of many regulatory mechanisms. Calcium insufficiency is associated with neuromuscular disorders and bone demineralisation. Calcium increases the effectiveness of leukocytes, increases phagocytosis and has an exudative effect on the capillaries during cold weather. Taking calcium increases its concentration in serum and in the whole body. 99% of calcium in the body is bound with phosphates in bones, mainly as hydroxyapatite.
Kalcium glukonat is indicated as additional treatment to the osteoporosis of different ethiology (postmenopausal osteoporosis, senile osteoporosis, osteoporosis induced by corticosteroids, gastrectomy or immobilization); prophylaxis of bone demineralisation before, during or after menopause; additional medication in rickets or osteomalacia; latent tetany (in acute cases calcium gluconate is used parenterally); in case of increased needs for calcium during pregnancy and breast feeding, as well as in the period of growth (childhood, adolescence); allergic condition (as additional treatment).

Co-Ultesan is a combination of two active substances, irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide.
Irbesartan belongs to a group of medicines known as angiotensin II receptors antagonists. Angiotensin II is a substance produced in the body which binds to receptors in blood vessels causing them to tighten. This results in an increase in blood pressure. Irbesartan prevents the binding of angiotensin II to these receptors, causing the blood vessels to relax and the blood pressure to lower.
Hydrochlorothiazide belongs to a group of medicines called thiazide diuretics, that causes increased urine output and so causes a lowering of blood pressure.
The two active ingredients in Co-Ultesan work together to lower blood pressure further than if either was given alone.
Co-Ultesan is used to treat high blood pressure, when treatment with irbesartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone did not provide adequate control of your blood pressure.

Mikonal contains the active substance miconazole nitrate which is an imidazole antifungal with similar activity to that of ketoconazole. In vitro, it also has some activity against Cladosporium, Madurella, some Phialophora, Pseudallescheria boydii and gram-positive bacteria including some staphylococci and streptococci.
A great number of fungi sensible to miconazole can be inhibited in concentrations of 2 mcg per ml or less.
Small amounts of miconazole are absorbed through the skin or mucous membranes when it is used locally, as cream, solution or vaginal ovules.
Mikonal is used in vaginal and vulvovaginal mycotic infections caused mainly by Candida. The symptoms of this infection include itching, redness and white vaginal discharge. Ovules destroy fungi that cause these infections and some bacteria, which are also present.
