Film coated tablets - 80 mg

Veprol contains the active substance verapamil hydrochloride.

Verapamil is a calcium channel blocker. The mechanism of action consists in inhibiting the entrance of calcium into the cell. Verapamil acts in smooth muscle, myocardial cells, and cells within the sino-atrial and atrioventricular nodes. The main actions of the calcium-channel blockers include dilation of coronary and peripheral arteries and arterioles. Verapamil causes slowing of atrioventricular conduction, reduction of heart rate and a negative inotropic action.

Verapamil is used in the treatment of:

  • supraventricular arrhythmias;
  • angina pectoris;
  • hypertension.

These vitamins are part of the enzymes that catalyze reactions in the metabolism of sugars, fats and proteins. The combination of B group vitamins is used for their effect in a variety of important processes and functions of the body and mainly in the inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the nerves and motor apparatus.

Vicom-B, as a solution for injection, is used to treat conditions of B group vitamin deficiency.

Zitara film-coated tablets contain the active substance azithromycin dihydrate which is equivalent to 500 mg azithromycin.

Azithromycin belongs to macrolide antibiotics group.

It is indicated in the treatment of infections caused by certain bacteria or other microorganisms, such as:

  • respiratory tract infections (bronchitis, pneumonia, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis);
  • ear infections;
  • skin and soft tissue infections;
  • urogenital infections caused by Chlamydia trachomatis.
