Vitamine C is a water-soluble vitamin, essential for the synthesis of collagen and intercellular material.
Vitamine C is indicated in:
- prevention and treatment of scurvy;
- prevention and treatment of situations that require a large amount of vitamin C such as: pregnancy and breastfeeding, hyperthyroidism, moderate or severe infections, bleeding from the gums, methemoglobinemia, wounds healing;
- urine acidification.
